- Administrative skills: Virtual Assistants perform a variety of administrative tasks for their clients, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, managing documents, and more. Participants will learn how to manage these tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Technical skills: Virtual Assistants must have a basic understanding of technology and be able to use various software and tools to perform their duties. Participants will learn how to use various software and tools, such as project management tools, document management tools, and communication tools.
- Marketing skills: Many Virtual Assistants offer marketing services to their clients, such as social media management and email marketing. Participants will learn the basics of marketing and how to implement effective marketing strategies.
